Donald P. Moore graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1988 where he was a member of The Order of Omega and the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Societies, as well as a founding father of the Zeta Phi Chapter of Sigma Pi Social fraternity. While at SLU Donald was recognized as an outstanding student and given the Green “S” Award. He was also included in Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Tulane University’s School of Law.
Mr. Moore joined Franke & Salloum after graduation and admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1991. In 1993, he was admitted to practice law in Mississippi. He is a member of the Harrison County Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, and the Harrison County Young Lawyers Association. 
Donald and his wife, Tracy, have two children and live in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
